There are more than 13 lakh school students who appeared for board exams in 2021. Most of these students are confused about their career choices and higher studies because of lack of hands-on and practical experience. There are no platforms that can give these high school students right industry exposure and hands-on practice. 

On the other hand, young companies and startups find it difficult to get motivated, energized and economical interns and team members for part time activities like content writing, video editing and more.

The problems: 

•  Lack of an internship platform for minors, hence students lack experience. 
• Students are unaware of the workabouts in companies and are confused when they enter as an employee in the future.
• Companies are unable to find inexpensive yet talented and to par interns.

• The solution is a platform (Stintern) providing students with internships exposing them to working in offices/office-like schedules, in fields that are feasible, such as content writing, video editing, photo editing, etc.
• Stintern will provide certified internships which will also help in the students profile building and ability to pursue the education for their dream career.
• Also allowing young start-ups and companies to find budget friendly and passionate interns for part time work.
